Training & Support Questions

Typically 4-8 hours of role-based training per user. We provide live sessions + recorded videos so users can review at their own pace.
Monthly support hours (usually 20-40 hours), email/Slack support, bug fixes, user training, and quarterly reviews.
With Priority Support SLA: 2 hours for critical issues. AMC: next business day. Hypercare: immediate.
Yes, we provide recorded training videos and runbooks so new employees can self-onboard. We also offer optional live training sessions.
