2.Cookies on this website
We sort everything this website stores in your browser into four categories. Necessary is always on. You choose the other three.
Necessary: always on
These keep the website working and protect our forms from spam. They don’t track you, so they don’t need your consent.
primoerp_consent- Type
- Cookie, set by this website
- What it does
- Remembers your cookie choice: which categories you allowed, when you chose, the version of these settings, and whether you were asked in the strict European mode. Without it we would ask you on every page.
- How long
- 12 months
Cloudflare Turnstile
- Type
- A script and a small frame from challenges.cloudflare.com, loaded only when you open the early-access or partner form. It keeps its own item in your browser’s local storage (cf.turnstile.u).
- What it does
- Checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. To do this, Cloudflare looks at your IP address and browser details.
- How long
- Cloudflare decides. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
Functional
This remembers which reminder popups you have seen. It stays in your browser and is never sent to us. If you switch Functional off, we delete it and the reminders don’t show at all.
primoerp.seen- Type
- Local storage on this website
- What it does
- Remembers when you last closed the reminder, when the leaving popup last showed, and whether you have already booked a demo, sent a form or messaged us, so the reminders don’t repeat.
- How long
- Until you switch Functional off or clear this site’s data
primoerp.nudged- Type
- Session storage on this website
- What it does
- Notes that the reminder has already shown during this visit.
- How long
- Until you close the tab
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages and buttons help people. It records the pages you view, the buttons you press (such as “Book a free demo”, “Request early access”, “Apply to partner” or a WhatsApp, phone or email link) and where on the page they are, that a form was sent and which one, and which reminders were shown. It also records your approximate location (city and country), your device and browser type, and the page or site that brought you here.
It never receives what you type into our forms, and we don’t use it to identify you or to show you adverts.
If Analytics is off, Google’s scripts (Tag Manager and Google Analytics) still load. It sets no cookies, but it may send Google a few basic details without any ID: that a page was viewed, the time, your browser type, the page that brought you here, your cookie choice and a random number that changes on every page. Google calls these signals non-identifying and uses them to estimate totals.
_ga- Type
- Cookie, set on this website by Google Analytics
- What it does
- Holds a random ID, so Google Analytics can tell one browser’s visits from another’s.
- How long
- 2 years
_ga_<ID>- Type
- Cookie, set on this website by Google Analytics (<ID> is our measurement ID)
- What it does
- Keeps track of the current visit (session).
- How long
- 2 years
Marketing
We don’t use any marketing or advertising cookies today. The switch is there so that, if we ever run adverts, nothing of that kind can start without your say. Before we add any, we will update this policy and ask you again.
3.Cookies in the PrimoERP app
The PrimoERP application is still being built and isn’t available yet. Before it launches, we will list here every cookie and storage item it uses, with what each one does and how long it lasts, and say which, if any, are optional.
4.Cookies set by other companies
Two other companies set or read cookies, or similar storage, through this website:
- Google, for Google Analytics, only with Analytics on. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Cloudflare, for Turnstile, only when you open one of our forms. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
Links to other sites
This website doesn’t embed videos, maps, social media buttons or chat widgets. When you follow a link to another site, such as WhatsApp or our booking page, that site’s own cookie rules apply.
5.Your choices
When you first visit
If your browser is set to a European time zone, which covers the EU and EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask before anything optional runs. You can accept all, reject all or choose category by category. The buttons are equally easy to use, no optional box is ticked for you, and nothing optional runs until you choose.
Elsewhere, every category starts on (Marketing has nothing in it today) and a short notice tells you so. Its Settings button lets you switch any of them off straight away; closing it keeps these settings.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time, as easily as you made it: use the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. A change applies straight away. Switching Functional off deletes the reminder note. Switching Analytics off stops Google Analytics from setting or reading its cookies; to remove the ones already in your browser, clear this site’s cookies in your browser settings.
We ask again after 12 months, and sooner if we change what the categories cover.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your data: Marketing starts off and stays off unless you switch it on yourself. We don’t sell or share personal data in any case.
In your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Here is how in the most common browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every website.
What stops working
If you block all cookies, we can’t remember your choice, so we will ask again on each visit. If you block challenges.cloudflare.com, the early-access and partner forms can’t check that you are a person, so they won’t send; you can still email, call or WhatsApp us. Everything else on this website works without optional cookies.
6.Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the cookies on this website change, and before the PrimoERP app launches. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we add a new kind of optional cookie, we ask for your choice again before it is used.
