What is PrimoERP?
PrimoERP is cloud ERP software for small and growing businesses. Accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, CRM and payroll share one system, so something written down once updates stock, cash and reports together.

What is ERP software, and do I need it?
ERP (enterprise resource planning) software runs your accounts, stock, sales and people from one database. You need one when stock doesn't match the books, or one order is typed in three places.

How is an ERP different from accounting software like Tally?
Accounting software records the money side. An ERP also runs the work behind the numbers, like orders, stock moves, purchases and payroll, and posts the accounting entries for you.

How much does PrimoERP cost in India?
It depends on the plan: each one includes a set number of users and companies. Plans start at ₹1,499 a month, billed annually, with 3 users included, before GST. Onboarding packages have published prices too. After a free demo we confirm yours in writing.

Who is PrimoERP for?

Is PrimoERP ready for GST e-invoicing?

Do I need to know accounting?
No. Your team types what happened, like 'paid rent' or 'sold 10 boxes'. PrimoERP writes the debits and credits. Your accountant gets clean books.

Does PrimoERP handle GST and TDS?
Yes. The India pack covers GST on every invoice, with place of supply set from both GSTINs, TDS on supplier bills and tax on salaries. E-way bills are made with the delivery challan when goods are dispatched. Rates and rules come in the pack and are kept up to date for you.

Is PrimoERP cloud-based?
Yes. PrimoERP runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install and no server to look after. Your team logs in from the office, the shop floor or home. Updates included [confirm].

Can you move us from Excel, Tally or QuickBooks?
Yes. We bring in your customers, suppliers, items and opening balances, then check the numbers with you before you go live. Most of the work is done by our team, not yours.

How long does it take to go live?
