HR and payroll in one system

HR and payroll software, from attendance to payslip.

Employees, attendance, leave and pay share one system with your accounts. Each month’s pay is worked out from what really happened, and posted to the books by itself.

  • Employee records
  • Attendance and leave
  • Payslips
  • Posted to your accounts

Does month-end look like this?

be honest
  • Three sheets, three answers.

Attendance, leave and salaries live in different files, and none of them agree on how many days someone worked.

  • Leave balances are a guess.

Someone asks how many days they have left, and the answer means opening last year’s file.

  • Payroll and the books never meet.

Salaries are paid from one sheet and typed into the accounts from another, a week later.

One month, from days to pay.

Nobody counts days at month-end. The run reads them from attendance and leave.

An illustration with round numbers and no currency. How a day’s pay is worked out follows your policy, and the statutory deductions that come next follow your country pack.

Everything your people need, in one place.

One record for every employee
Joining date, role, reporting line and documents in one place. Someone who is also a customer or a supplier stays one person, not three records.
Attendance and leave feed pay
Leave types, accrual and carry-forward are set once, and requests go to the right approver. Attendance and approved leave reach the run before it starts.
One engine, your country’s rules
Payroll is one engine with a rule pack for each country. India’s PF, ESI and TDS and the UAE’s WPS and gratuity live in their packs, so a rate change is a pack update.
Payslips, kept as issued
Each payslip is numbered in one series and kept as issued. Employees see their own payslips and leave, and salaries stay hidden from everyone but payroll.
Approved, then posted to your accounts
The month goes to finance for approval before it is final. Then salaries and what you owe post to the ledger by themselves, by cost centre.
Exits, settled in full
When someone leaves, leave stops accruing on the last day, the unused balance is valued, and the final settlement includes the end-of-service amount your country requires.

HR and payroll questions people ask us.

1.

What is HR and payroll software?

It keeps your employee records, attendance and leave, and works out each month’s pay from them. In PrimoERP it is part of the same system as your accounts, so pay posts to the books by itself.
