GST e-invoicing

E-invoicing software that gets your IRN for you.

Each invoice you write is reported to the IRP, and its IRN and QR code are printed on it. No portal uploads and no retyping, from the same books as your GST.

  • IRN and QR code
  • Reported to the IRP
  • HSN on every line
  • Every GSTIN

Does e-invoicing feel like extra work?

it should not
  • Every invoice, typed twice.

Once in your software, then again on the portal, or a file uploaded in the hope that it matches.

  • The 30-day clock.

Report too late and the IRP will not take the invoice, though the sale has already happened.

  • A rejection nobody saw.

A missing HSN code or a wrong GSTIN, and the invoice your customer holds has no IRN.

The life of one invoice.

A B2B sale, from the invoice you write to the copy your customer gets.

You wrote one invoice. The portal never saw you.

An illustration. If the IRP rejects an invoice, its reason comes back into PrimoERP and your finance controller is told.

Everything an e-invoice needs, from your books.

Reported to the IRP for you
The invoice you write is reported to the IRP, and the IRN and signed e-invoice come back to the same record.
IRN and QR code, printed
The QR code the IRP returns is printed on the invoice with its IRN, ready to send to your customer.
Every required field, before it goes
Both GSTINs, the place of supply, HSN codes and the tax split are on every tax invoice, numbered in one unbroken series for each GSTIN.
Knows when e-invoicing applies
Turnover is checked across your PAN, year by year back to 2017-18. Once you cross the limit, e-invoicing stays on.
Rejections reach the right person
If the IRP rejects an invoice, its reason comes back and your finance controller is told. That alert can’t be turned off.
Signed and kept
Each submission is signed, and the signature is kept with its certificate, so it can still be checked years later.

E-invoice questions people ask us.

1.

What is e-invoicing under GST?

You still write the invoice in your own software. It is then reported to the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP), which signs it and returns an IRN and a QR code. The invoice your customer gets carries both.
