Reports and dashboards
Business reports that are already up to date.
Sales, stock, cash and profit, read straight from the books your team already works in. Nobody exports, nobody pastes, and nobody asks which version is right.
- Read from your books
- Dashboards for each role
- By branch or project
- Export to Excel
Do your reports look like this?
be honestLast month’s numbers arrive on the 10th.
Someone exports, pastes and formats, so the report lands when a third of this month has gone.
Three reports, three answers.
Sales, accounts and the warehouse each keep their own sheet, and the meeting is spent finding out why they differ.
A number means asking a person.
Only one person knows how the report is built, and this week they are on leave.
This month’s profit, without a spreadsheet.
One month of a small trading business, read from its books.
- Sales this month
- 320,000
- Cost of the stock that was soldvalued as it left the shelf
- 192,000
- Gross profit
- 128,000
- Rent, salaries and other expensesfrom bills and payroll
- 86,000
- Profit for the month
- 42,000
Nobody builds this at month end. Each line is the total of what was already posted.
An illustration, before tax. Your own profit and loss follows your chart of accounts.
Every number from one source.
Report questions people ask us.
Do I need a separate BI tool?
Most businesses don’t. Reports and dashboards read the same data your team works in, so there is nothing to copy or sync. [Confirm whether data can be used in an outside BI tool, and how.]
Are the numbers up to date?
Yes. Reports read from the books, and a saved invoice or bill reaches them within seconds. There is no overnight copy to wait for.
Can my accountant or auditor see the reports?
Yes. Give them a read-only login that sees every module and every book but can change nothing, or export the reports they ask for.
Can a branch manager see only their branch?
Yes. A role can be limited to a branch, department or project. Their reports then show only those entries and say so at the top, so a smaller total never looks like a mistake.
Can I get my GST or VAT figures from the reports?
Yes. The country pack adds the period totals each return needs: GST for India, VAT for the UAE. Our GST and VAT pages show what each one covers.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes, as CSV or Excel, for anyone whose role allows exports. Exporting is a permission of its own, so you decide who can take data out.
